Create the enterprise identity, map teams/projects, and define data residency + Guardian jurisdictions.
Use POST /api/v1/identity for each business unit, then POST /api/v1/enterprise/projects to model programs.

Connect artifact + dataset pipelines
Wire CI/CD, data lakes, or archives so every release is sealed, passported, and mirrored inside the private vault.
Use POST /api/v1/artifacts for bulk ingest or enterprise release APIs to attach manifests and Accord snapshots.

Enable Guardian & Auditor co-processing
Deploy Guardian nodes for jurisdictional enforcement and configure Auditor templates for regulators or customers.
Guardian enforcement lives at POST /api/v1/guardian/enforce, while Auditor exports are available via GET /api/v1/ai/audit/export.
